Our Drinks

6.4 % A traditional Munich dark lager, Starry night is rich and flavorful. Caramel malts and Noble hops strike a fine balance in this Old-World lager. Truly a perfect winter drinker!

5.8% Lager-Dortmunder. A pale Lager, Dork Thunder is similar to a German Pilsner but slightly more malty and hoppy - light and crisp easy drinking.

7% IPA - New England/Hazy. This beer gets its name from the Crosby Hop Farms Kiwi blend - a collection of New Zealand's finest hops. Citrus, juicy fruit, and layers of stone fruit make this a delicious drinking IPA.

8.1% ABV- Porter-Coffee. Formally called Kafija Alus. Originating from the Baltic Region, this porter is rich, hearty, and warming. A touch of roast and chocolate malts in the grain bill play well with the earthy and fruit notes from the Sulawesi Toarco coffee, artisan roasted by our friends at Flight Coffee in Bedford, NH.

5.3% ABV- Sour - Gummy Peach Ring Sour. These peaches don’t come from a can, but this beer is packed with flavor otherwise. Made with your favorite peach ring candy as well as hundreds of pounds of peach purée, the sour is full-bodied, pleasantly tart, and explosively peachy NOTE: contains lactose.

5.3% ABV- Blonde - Hoppy Blonde Ale - Named for our trusty grain pallet hauler and snow remover, Bobcat is a crisp American Blonde Ale dryhopped and whirlpool-hopped with LemonDrop hops for a bright, citrus aroma and mild-but present bitterness. Not quite a Pale Ale, not quite a Blonde Ale - we think this is the Goldilocks of low ABV hoppy beers.

4.9% ABV - Easy drinking lager perfect for a hot day in the sun.

7.9% ABV-Double IPA-This fruit-forward beer is deceptive- it drinks much lighter than it punches. Double Dryhopped with Simcoe, Galaxy, and Idaho 7 hop varieties. Explosive aromatics and flavors of ripe Mango and Passion fruit at the start, with a silky smooth and creamy citrus finish. With virtually no hop bitterness, Dayman is sure to be your friend…

8.2%ABV- IPA-White/Wheat - An IPA brewed with orange peel, coriander, and a traditional witbier yeast. A true blend of our favorite styles!

Flaked wheat and oats give this beer a full bodied mouthfeel and the typical ‘hazy’ effect. Lazy Daze is double dry hopped with 6 different hops and hop powders at different points of conditioning. New England IPA, hazy IPA, juice-bomb- call it what you want. We’re just calling it delicious.

4.9% ABV - Made with authentic Belgian wheat and Pale malt, this witbier is full bodied and delicious. It is bolder and more flavorful than your typical wit, but still incredibly smooth and easy drinking. A year-round favorite! We brew this beer with healthy doses of fresh coriander and orange zest, along with a secret ingredient.

7.6% ABV - A true-to-style Belgian Dubbel made with native Belgian malts, imported candi sugar, and an ester-rich Belgian yeast strain, this Dubbel is a homage to the Trappist Monks who pioneered the style centuries ago. The rich, malty base pairs nicely with spicy notes of clove and pepper derived from the yeast. A high carbonation level leaves this beer crisp and effervescent.

5.8% A beer to celebrate friendships, camaraderie, and the changing of the seasons and cooler nights ahead, our Oktoberfest is a traditional German Marzen. More balanced and slightly lighter in color and sweetness than the American-styled Oktoberfest, it pours a light amber and crystal clear. A slight noble hop bitterness and medium to full bready malt body balance well with each other, while a touch of toffee sweetness lingers on the finish. It’s a crowd favorite, so be sure to stock up to enjoy with friends throughout the fall season.
