5.4% Cream Ale. Brewed in Loving Memory of Ron Doucet, our founder, fearless leader, and dear friend. Dim The Lights is a Cream Ale with Ambiance. Our longest lasting memory of Ron was to come downstairs before the dinner rush and lower the lights to set the mood for a gentle, welcoming atmosphere for our customers to enjoy. We toast this beer with pride of what he built, the relationships he nurtured, and the effect he has had on so many. We miss you dearly...

5.2% American lager with prickly pears. Brewed in collaboration with Junior Service League of Concord NH, this American lager is crisp and well balanced. Light bitterness and approachable. Prickly Pear Puree lends a pink hue and subtle pear flavors to what is an easily crushable summer beer. Junior Service League provides support to women and children in crisis and is headquartered in Concord, NH. Partial proceeds of this beer are donated directly to the organization.

8.3% IPA - Imperial - This was named in honor of a friend Sarah Ann who we wish was able to experience this beer.

10%ABV- Next in line for our cookie-inspired sweet stout series, Salted Caramel is added to the boil as well as secondary fermentation vessel, in addition to copious amounts of cacao nibs and vanilla. The end result is a smooth, deep, warming stout with caramel and sea salt on the nose and finish. It’s like drinking your favorite cookie. Contains Lactose.

5.5% ABV - Enter the Upside- Down, don’t be scared! All you’ll find in our version is heaps of pineapples, sweet cherries, and a malty pastry finish. Pours a hazy, pink color with moderate carbonation. Big bodied, moderately tart, and heavily fruity, we hope this beer will cool you off in the hot summer sun! Does NOT contain lactose.

7% ABV- IPA-New England/Hazy Double Dryhopped with heaping doses of El Dorado, Galaxy, and Rakau. Full bodied and incredibly soft, this beer bursts with aromas of passionfruit, Papaya and subtle pine..

4.9% ABV - Easy drinking lager perfect for a hot day in the sun.

5.5% ABV- A modest Cascade dryhop addition gives #8 a hoppy presence without drowning out the malt character. It teases your palate with subtle hints of hazelnut and chocolate. Full bodied and bold, yet somehow easy drinking and smooth.

5.3%ABV- Ordinary, or ‘Standard’ Bitter is a staple of all London Pubs. Low in alcohol, and a striking a delicate balance between malty notes and hop bitterness, Mabel is far from Ordinary. This beer is bursting with flavor- Mild caramel and toasted malt notes at first, with a fruity, pleasant, floral hop bitterness at the finish. Uses all British malts, East Kent Goldings hops, and fermented with Fuller’s London Pride Ale Yeast.

6.2% ABV - Fresh citrus, mango, and pineapple flavors burst out of the glass well before you put this beer to your lips. Flaked wheat and oats give this beer a full bodied mouthfeel and the typical ‘hazy’ effect. Lazy Daze is double dry hopped with 6 different hops and hop powders at different points of conditioning. New England IPA, hazy IPA, juice-bomb- call it what you want. We’re just calling it delicious.

4.9% ABV - Made with authentic Belgian wheat and Pale malt, this witbier is full bodied and delicious. It is bolder and more flavorful than your typical wit, but still incredibly smooth and easy drinking. A year-round favorite! We brew this beer with healthy doses of fresh coriander and orange zest, along with a secret ingredient.

7.6% ABV - A true-to-style Belgian Dubbel made with native Belgian malts, imported candi sugar, and an ester-rich Belgian yeast strain, this Dubbel is a homage to the Trappist Monks who pioneered the style centuries ago. The rich, malty base pairs nicely with spicy notes of clove and pepper derived from the yeast. A high carbonation level leaves this beer crisp and effervescent.

5.5% ABV - New England Hazy IPA - This Dad Joke is a full bodied, double dryhopped session IPA. Hopped with Mosaic and Galaxy for a tropical pineapple flavor.
